Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, it is out of our control. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@buyzenova.com and we will assist you as best as we can.
We recommend that you reach out directly to the courier company to file a claim, as most have a process in place for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates as needed.
Please note that Zenova is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these issues fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation. If the package cannot be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances. In the rare case that the package is not found, we advise filing a police report.
